Product introduction:

Tubular fence panels are manufactured from pre-galvanized steel with a ‘punched through’ top and bottom rail design for superior strength and are available in a wide variety of profiles, heights, and colors to suit almost every preference and specific fencing application.

There are 2 types of tubular fence panels available for purchase or manufacture: Light Duty or Heavy Duty

Light Duty Profiles:

• Applications: Pools, Parks, Kindergartens…
• Specifications:
  • Rails – 38×25 Galv RHS Top & Bottom Punched Rails
  • Pickets – 19mm CHS (Round) Galv Vertical Pickets
• Picket Spacing: 104mm Centres
• Standard Panel Heights*: 1200mm, 1500mm & 1800mm
• Standard Panel Widths*: 2400mm
  *Non-standard Panel Heights & Widths are available upon request.

Heavy Duty Profiles:

• Applications: Industrial, Commercial, Schools…
• Specifications:
  • Rails – 40×40 Galv SHS Top & Bottom Punched Rails
  • Pickets – 25×25 Galv SHS Vertical Pickets
• Picket Spacing: 140mm Centres
• Standard Panel Heights*: 1800mm, 2100mm & 2400mm
• Standard Panel Widths*: 2400mm
  *Non-standard Panel Heights & Widths are available upon request.

• 65mm x 65mm garrison square fence posts (also available in 2700mmL x 3000mmL)
• 40mm x 40mm horizontal rails.
• 25mm x 25mm uprights.
• Available in: 1800mm high/ 2100mm high/ 2400mm high x 2400mm wide.
• 14g Black powder coated tek screws or the option of upgrading to anti-vandal fixings.
• 4-hole rail brackets for additional strength for security fencing.
• A complete range of accessories is available. All powder coated to match the panels.
