Crimped Spear Fencing details:

1. Our powder coating facility has a total of 11 powder spray guns. Six guns are moving up and down both sides of the fence panel. Two fixed guns for the bottom rail at both sides and the other two fixed guns for the top rail at both sides. The last fun is always fixed at the position of the spear top.
2. We will do cross-cut testing for the powder coating before delivery.
3. The QC of powder coating checking the surface by light is the need. So any flaw of powder coating will be not escaped from the eye of QC.
4. Our QC checks the powder coating thickness at every position of the fence panel. The average thickness of the coating is more than 100um.
5. The package is extremely important for the powder-coated fencing. We use heavy-duty steel frame packages to well protect the good products. It will be very easy for our customers to unload the pallets by forklift.
