• Introduction​ of 4 20 mA Controller

ZHC4661 is an industrial-grade 4G RTU that provides 4 channels of AI, 2 channels of AO and 1 channel of RS485 interfaces, supports Modbus RTU/TCP adaptive, automatic acquisition and active reporting, 4-20mA analog control acquisition, automatic calibration threshold reporting, support one-to-one, many-to-one connection, which can be widely used in power systems.

Function of 4 20 mA Controller ZHC4661

The signal current of general instruments is 4-20mA, which means that the minimum current is 4mA and the maximum current is 20mA. When transmitting a signal, consider that there is also resistance on the wire. If voltage transmission is used, a certain voltage drop will be generated on the wire, and a certain error will occur in the signal at the receiving end. Therefore, the current signal is generally used as the standard transmission of the transmitter.

AO Output Calibration

ZHC4661 provides an AO reference voltage adjustment interface. The reference voltage has a positive relationship with the output signal. When the actual output signal is lower than the ideal output signal, increase the reference voltage; when the actual output signal is higher than the ideal output signal, reduce the reference voltage.
