Description
Automatic Centre Pull Towel Slitting Rewinding and Perforating Machine is mainly used for rewinding the jumbo roll into two-layer or three-layer toilet paper.
This rewinding take advanced PLC computer programming technology, frequency control, electric brake and equip with touch screen man-machine interface operating system. System upgrades and realizes rewinding paper without core. Application of PLC computer programming technology can get effect of rewinding toilet paper without core and steel tube. It has function of automatic rewinding, automatic glue, trimming, put welled roll out and flatten. New design, perfect matching, let rewinding machine comprehensive upgrade to meet the demand of the markets; the technical application is faster and more convenient.

Functions and Features
1. PLC (computer) control production, degree of full-automatic of production process is high, the function
of machine is complete, and production efficiency is high.
2. Load and change the core, spray glue, seal can be done without stop the machine. When changing the
core, the machine will low the speed and up the speed automatically.
3. When change the core to rewind, it will be tight first and then loose, to avoid the core loose.
4. Equipped with automatic alarm to indicate filling up of core pipe. The machine will be automatically
stopped when there is no core pipes.
5. When raw material broken, the machine will stop automatically.
6. Each raw material unreel separately , equip with tension control.
7. Easy to adjust in order to suitable different paper core.
8. There is tail after the finished product sealed with glue , easy to use.
9. There is pneumatic jack to load the raw material on machine

1. Two embossing units can be equipped with 3 laying paper stand.
2. Electric unit adopts famous brand of China, called “Zheng da” electric unit. This machine also equip with PLC, it has reasonable structure and easy operation.
3. Axletree adopts famous brand of China, called Ha er bin axletree.
