Description
Six Fold Paper Towel Making Machine with Color Glue Lamination uses the Towels (wet strength tissue) as materials to emboss, cut and then fold into N-shaped towels, which can be easily drawn out one after another from the dispensers or packing boxes. Function and Features
1. Paper is conducted by spiral cutting by sections with convenient adjustment in cutting tool
2. Folding type: V type folding, paper in upper and lower position are jointed and folded with auto counting unit and output in stack, folding with vacuum adsorption.
3. Adopt PLC and frequency speed regulator control
4. Unwinding of jumbo roll is pushed an fed by the flat belt, equipped with stepless speed regulator to adjust tension of unwinding.
5. It can be equipped with embossment unit as per client‘s requirement
6. Slitting width can be adjustable while products are in trim.
