1. Can we get your free samples?

A.For the samples in our stock color or size, sure, we'd love to provide you for free to test the quality, but hope you can bear the shipping cost.

B. For the customized samples, we can also make new samples as your requests, but hope you can bear this samples cost.

2. What is your shipping terms?

A. For samples or trial order, FEDEX, DHL, TNT, UPS can be provided.

B. For larger order, we can arrange shipment by sea or air according to your requirements.

We will try to help you choose a best way depending on different order conditions.

3. What’s your lead time for mass production?

A. For stock products, we will send goods to you within 1~7days after receiving your payment.

B. For most of our products, the lead time for mass production is 7-25 days. However, if printing or other decoration options are needed, the lead time will be longer.

4. If any defective products, how can you settle it for us?

We will replace the defective and broken products in your next order or as you required date. Warm Tips: Any man-made damage we cannot change,refund or make up.

5.Can you print on the bottles and jars? What other decoration options do you offer?

Yes, we can print directly on bottles and jars with silkscreen printing and hot stamping. We also offer other custom decoration options such as labeling, spray painting, frosting water transfer printing, anodizing and electroplating etc.

6. Can you provide us with customized products that are not in your catalog? Can you provide OEM service?

Yes, we have over 20 years of OEM service experience and have designed and manufactured a wide range of custom products. If custom molds are required, our design and engineering teams will work with our mold experts to develop them based on your specific needs.
