JRJ Series High Shear Dispersing Homogenizer
JRJ high speed shear dispersing emulsifier is driven by series excited micro high speed motor with compact structure. It is suitable for mixing low to medium and high viscosity liquid and pulverizing granular materials in liquid medium for shear emulsification.The machine is composed of high density die-casting aluminum alloy as the driving motor, high quality stainless steel refined shear emulsification working head and speed regulating controller, etc.
● Stepless governor is adopted in the operation state controller, and touch structure is adopted in the digital display type, which makes the speed regulation convenient and the data correct;
● The driving motor with ality large output power and compact structure, which is safe and reliable in design;
● Shear emulsification mixing head is made of high quality stainless steel with good corrosion resistance and easy dismantling of interchangeable stator;
● The working head is connected with the driving motor with shaft joint, running stably at high speed.
