HR-60Z / HR-90Z High Shear Homogenizer Digital Display Mode Pilot For Food Industry
The pilot scale high-shear dispersing emulsifier is designed for pilot-scale, simulated production and small batch production in factories. The working head has a high-speed rotating rotor and a precise stator working cavity to generate strong hydraulic shear by high linear speed. Centrifugal extrusion, high-speed cutting and collision make the materials fully dispersed, emulsified, homogenized, crushed and mixed, and finally stable and qualified products are obtained.
● A variety of working heads are available to meet different needs;
● Rotation speed uses frequency conversion speed regulation, digital display mode, the lowest can reach 50rpm;
● Electric hydraulic lifting mode, simple operation and convenient use;
● The high-speed variable frequency motor realizes the function of variable frequency start protection, which meets the requirements of continuous work in the experiment;
● The instrument is equipped with a red mushroom head emergency stop button；
● When the machine is in a fault state, use this button to cut off the power supply, so that the equipment will stop running immediately to protect the safety of people and equipment;
