The national standard COD digester follows the national standard HJ828-2017 COD Determination Method Water Quality Determination of Chemical Oxygen Demand Dichromate Method to ensure the digestion operation of reflux heating and slight boiling for 2 hours. The preparation and addition of reagent solution are consistent with the standard method to ensure reliable and accurate analysis results.

• Imported microcrystalline panel is adopted, which can withstand high temperature of 700 ℃, with uniform heating, fast rising/falling speed, smooth surface and easy cleaning and maintenance.
• New type of high temperature resistant ceramic fiber heating plate, uniform heat receiving/conducting, less heat loss.
• The glass burr return pipe and cooling system have good digestion return effect to ensure the parallelism and accuracy of digestion results.
• Digital display of microcrystalline panel temperature and digestion time, temperature and timing can be set at any time.
• After digestion, the equipment will automatically stop heating, and the fan will continue to work for 120 minutes to assist sample cooling, and unattended operation is allowed.
