Overview

The TH2000-AQI Online Environmental Air Monitoring System for Facility Boundaries measures nine meteorological parameters (temperature, humidity, atmospheric pressure, wind speed, wind direction, rainfall, noise, negative ions, and UV radiation—with rainfall measurement being optional), as well as pollutants such as PM2.5, PM10, SO2, NO2, CO, O3, H2S, NH3, and TVOC; other gas sensors may also be optionally configured. Equipped with an integrated data acquisition and communication controller, the system facilitates seamless interfacing with third-party platforms, enabling the accurate and reliable monitoring of pollutant concentrations and other environmental parameters in the surrounding air.

Utilizes an extractive sampling method; the sample gas undergoes water-vapor separation and filtration before entering the analyzer, thereby fully guaranteeing analytical accuracy, minimizing maintenance requirements, and extending the service life of the instrument. Features a calibration function to ensure accuracy and stability during the instrument's automated operation.

Simultaneously measures temperature, humidity, atmospheric pressure, wind speed, and wind direction.

Features automatic digital temperature compensation across the full measurement range to ensure measurement accuracy.

Incorporates a three-stage progressive filtration system utilizing precision filtration elements with pore sizes of 5μm, 2μm, and 1μm, respectively; this design facilitates easy maintenance and ensures the stable operation and precise measurement capabilities of the gas sensors.

For the removal of atmospheric water vapor, the system employs our company's patented spiral-type gas-liquid separator, which effectively eliminates moisture.

The system is equipped with numerous sensors—including humidity, flow rate, and pressure sensors—to provide real-time monitoring of operational status, thereby ensuring the equipment operates stably and efficiently.

System outputs support various communication protocols, including MODBUS, analog signals, and Ethernet.

Includes a GPRS module that enables remote diagnostics and calibration capabilities, thereby reducing the need for subsequent manual maintenance and enhancing the overall stability and reliability of the system.

Features functions for data comparison, data processing, automatic cross-checking, measurement range configuration, and over-limit alarm interlocking.

The system is controlled by a microcontroller and utilizes intelligent analytical instrumentation, characterized by a high degree of automation, minimal maintenance requirements, and rapid, convenient data processing.
