OVERVIEW
The working gas inside the glove box is circulated through a closed loop of the box, piping, purification system and circulation fan, and the diameter PlC controls the circulation; the working gas is circulated through the purification column, and the water and oxygen it contains are adsorbed off, and then returned to the glove box, with the circulation time, the water and oxygen content in the working gas inside the box will gradually decrease, and finally reach less than 1ppm. After a certain period of time, the column will be saturated with adsorption and can be regenerated and reused.
