| Q5. Can I add to an existing order? |
| You can add items to your order until you confirm your payment details and complete the order. Once the order is confirmed, you can't add items to the same order. If you want to buy more items, please place a new order. |
| Q6. What is your sample policy? |
| We can supply the sample if we have ready parts in stock, but the customers have to pay the sample cost and the courier cost. |
| Q7.Could you design the door handle for me? |
| Yes, we not only a manfacturer but also a designer. Please let me know your target price, usage, quantity and then we could design the door handle with the right material and sturcture to reach your need. Cause the structure, material, quantity and logo all can affect the price. |
| Q8. How about bulk orders? |
| Custom logo or brand name according to customer's needs. Color and size is customizable based on clients' detailed requirement. OEM or ODM order is highly welcome. Sample is needed for product detail review before bulk order production. |
| Q9. How do I know if my order has been received? |
| When we get your order by mail or fax, we will sign back the PI to you by mail or fax. We'll also email you to confirm we have your order. |
