Mold precision process:

Mold Making refers to the processing of forming and blanking tools, in addition to cutting dies and die-cutting dies. Under normal circumstances, the mold consists of two parts, an upper mold and a lower mold. The steel plate is placed between the upper and lower molds, and the material is formed under the action of the press. When the press is opened, the work-piece determined by the shape of the mold or the corresponding waste will be removed. Parts as small as electronic connectors, electrical equipment parts,  and as large as automotive dashboards, medical parts, plastic housing can be molded.

1: Pack each one with wrapping paper first;
2: Then re-pack it with PE foam;
3: Put in appropriate carton boxes or wooden boxes and make sure it can be fixed firmly.
