Fork-lift trucks with a weighing function are used and handled just like normal lifting trucks. Four shear force load cells, approved for certification, are installed beneath the lifting forks; there they record the weight of the load on the fork with high precision.
The electronic mounted on the truck analyses the signal from the load cells and shows the weight in the display.
The display is illuminated / backlighted and therefore can be easily read off even in conditions of poor visibility.
The stored data can be transmitted over a variety of interfaces Wi-Fi, RF, Bluetooth, USB key, etc.
In the case of approved pallet trucks scales the weight is recorded by an integral printer and/or in what is known as an alibi memory. Depending on the application, the electronics can store product specifications and other information (article numbers, time and date, etc.) to the weight values.
The mechanical components are painted or produced in stainless steel.
