37kW Ultrafine AP50 Disc Type Super Productivity Wet Bead Grinder With SIC Inner Chamber

This bead Grinder mills are main consists of chamber and disc dispersing system and motor. The double end mechanical sealing with independent technology could resistant to more than 1600 kinds of solvents. The bead grinder series have great flow rate and better fine discharging, the finally fineness can be reach 1um for D90 .The cooling efficiency is better than normal mills because the sectional double spiral water course is better to heat exchange. The grinding efficiency is higher 15-30% than traditional mill machines; the combined disperser can rapidly increase dispersing efficiency. All the materials of contact parts could be chose from wearable steel, SUS304, PU and silicon carbide ceramics for meeting different requirements.
