75kw 50 / 60 Liter Wet Horizontal Pin Type Nano Sand Mill Used In Thermal Paper
Pin type horizontal sand mill is widely used in thermal paper making industry, and we have great experiencen in these field. if your grinding fineness is low, like D50 around 2um,we usually recommend disk type bead mill, while if your fineness requirement need to reach 0.4-0.8um, we basically recommend pin type bead / sand mill.
The main feactures of horizontal nano sand mill:
1.greater heat rejection performance and wear-resisting property of silicon carbide ceramics
2. better temperature control as for well cooling system and longer work life as for high precsion machining
3. fineness can reach to less than 0.8um( D50), much successfully experience to reach to 400-500 nanometers
