High speed dispersing machines are widely used in coating, painting, printing inks, etc. The disperser is mainly to moisturize, mix, disolve,stir and disperse the liquid and solid materials, and then the slurry will be mixed homogenicly and conveniently work for next step.
There are three kinds of lifing mode, electric lifting BGD751/2and manual lifting BGD750/2,SDF750, hydraulic lifting JF2.2
The main characteristics:

laboratory disperser installation mode: 0.75kw on the table, 2.2kw installs on the ground. |

Frequency converter is directed installed in disperser with digital display of speed on the 0.75KW, while 2.2KW is not displayed. |

No carbon brush, no fire sparks, low noise, long service life; |

Good corrosion resistance, materials adopted 304 stainless steel which are touchable to test slurry. |

BGD651/2,BGD650/2 configure 2 kinds of disperspers: one is zigzagged for dispersion, one is rounded for shear,which are highly standard to match requirements of lab tests. Each matches two different sizes of diameter.JF2.2 is the zigzag dispersing impeller, or other shapes appointed by customers |

BGD651/2,BGD650/2: The inlet and outlet of the cooling water of the tank are equipped with quick connectors to facilitate the laboratory personnel to quickly plug and unplug the cooling water pipe. JF2.2 high speed disperser is not include the tanks, if need, we can also offer with another quoted price. |

BGD651/2 adopt lifting motor to control lifting by electric power,other two control the lift with hands. JF2.2 adopts hydraulic lifting mode |

Packing Details : The machine will be covered with anti-abrasion film and then packed in wooden boxes, then seashipping by FCLor LCL.
