Product introduction

The typical operation of the powder supply center is to place the powder supply tank on a shaker. As directed by the powder level detector, all powder injector suction pipe is inserted into the powder, and the fluidized gas pipe fluidizes the surrounding powder. The fluidized powder is pumped to the powder by a powder pump tube, sprayed through the spray gun. The powder that was not sprayed on the workpiece fell to the floor of the spray booth and was sucked into the cyclone,and become a gas powder mixture. In a cyclone, the powder is separated and sent back to the powder supply center through a phase tightening valve.
To avoid contamination, the powder returned to the powder supply center is screened by a powder sieve before entering the powder supply bin.
