The powder hopper has a large capacity, which can meet the needs of large-scale electrostatic spraying production. It can be used with up to 24 powder injectors simultaneously, featuring substantial powder output and strong sealing to ensure powder remains securely contained and maintains a clean working environment. Equipped with a high-density fluidizing board to guarantee uniform powder fluidization and prevent caking.
Basic Principle
The fluidized bed utilizes a high-polymer material air permeable plate specially sintered to ensure uniform fluidization and continuous powder supply. Powder is stored in the barrel, fluidized, and evenly transported to the spray gun, providing consistent, uninterrupted powder supply for spraying operations. This system conserves powder while preventing moisture absorption and caking, achieving effective spraying results.
