About reverse printing:Most laminated plastic pouches are printed by means of reverse printing. Reverse printing is the process of printing on the back side of a clear substrate. In the following process, the print will be sandwiched between the outside substrate and the rest of the structure, offering scuff and chemical migration resistance. When the outer substrate is mounted to the remainder of the structure, it will be right reading.

Packaging Details:

1) Packed in suitable cartons according to the size of the products or client's requirement
2) To prevent the dust ,we will use PE film to cover the products in carton
3) Put on 1 (W) X 1.2m(L) pallet .the total height would be under 1.8m if LCL.
And it would be around 1.1m if FCL.
4) Then wrapping film to fix it
5) Using packing belt to fix it better.

A: Each pouch product may have different starting quantity, that depends on the material, size etc. So please contact us and provide specific information first.

A: Yes. However, the unit cost will be higher than normal price.
Q3: How long will it to be done if I place an order?
A: Regularly the production period is 15 days. For new product it will subject to change as we have more process to deal with.
Q4: How long can I get my goods?
A: We need to enquiry our sea fright agent and give you the information, but we cannot guarantee its accuracy. But we will work to help customers to get their packaging as soon as possible.
