Independent R&D

3% of sales volume is put on R&D every year. Letone has established its own laboratory, Italian Bimal Impulse Test Stand, Mooney viscosity, a moving die rheometer, high and low temperature test box, an ozone test machine, a UV test machine and super high pressure burst test machine,etc. Letone has set up a R&D center for high pressure rubber hose cooperatively with Qingdao University of Science and Technology, with professional team of 36 technicians including 3 professors/doctoral supervisors, 6 senior engineer and technicians.Letone has mastered the full set of core technology for manufacturing hydraulic rubber hose and obtained 9 national invention patents and 23 utility model patents. It has been the main enterprise unit for drafting several technical standards of China rubber hose industry.
