Steel wire spiraled hydraulic hoses also include many kinds of rubber hoses, such as EN 856 4SH/4SP, SAE 100 R12/R13/R15 and so on. They are composed of three parts: inner tube, reinforcement and cover. The inner tube and cover are made from high quality synthetic rubber, making the hose resistant to abrasion, corrosion, oils, weather, ozone, aging, cut and sunlight. Therefore, the hose is suitable for delivering petroleum-based hydraulic oils. The reinforcement is made from multiple layers of high tensile spiraled steel wire, making the hose highly resistant to high pressure. Thus, this kind of rubber hose is suitable for extremely high pressure environment.
Application: suitable for using oil base hydraulic oil of the hose
Tube: The hose consists of a neoprene inner rubber layer
Reinforcement: ultra-high strength steel wire winding layer in alternate directions
Cover: a layer of weather resistant synthetic rubber outer rubber layer,Heavy high pulse multilayer steel wire reinforced rubber hose
Temperature Range: -40℃~+121℃(-40°F~+250°F)
