LT1004-A/LT1004-B 270 PSI EPDM Braided Steam Hose
Use safely
For steam application, it is recommended to use rubber hoses with fittings assembled with safety clamps. Over time, material (rubber) exposed to steam gradually loses its natural elasticity causing leakage or even rupture of the fitting, often with catastrophic effects. Fittings attached by safety clamps can be re-tightened over the hose service life. For safety reasons, we caution against using rubber hoses with fittings permanently crimped with ferrules.
Applications: The transfer of saturated steam up to 270 PSI AND 430℉(+220℃). Use with superheated steam will shorten hose life. Proper draining of steam hose after each use will increase service life

Cover: Red or black EPDM rubber, heat resistant, surface texture, using pinhole technology
Working Pressure: Constant Pressure-18 Bar (270 PSI)
