Founded in March 2005, JWE is located in Wantang Industrial Park, Zhuzhou City - the largest tungsten carbide products manufacturing center in Asia. The company integrates R&D, manufacturing, sales and technical services of high-performance cemented carbide products, dedicated to providing quality solutions for energy, mining, engineering, machine tools, aerospace and other industries. We have a professional experience of producing carbide products for over 15 years.

The annual production capacity is 1000 tons of cemented carbide products and 8 million pieces of CNC inserts.The company’s main products are cemented carbide buttons, PDC substrates, wear protection parts, rods, CNC inserts and non-standard parts for aerospace, mining, energy, transportation, general engineering and machine tools industry.

Our most popular product is carbide tiles sheet, mainly used in bearings and stabilizers for down hole drilling tools. Our production equipment are in the industry-leading class, such as spray drying towers, automatic pressing machine and Hip sintering machine.

Our quality check is always following strict quality inspection procedures, from raw material analysis to semi-finished precheck, then total quality inspection of finished products.
