Description:
The carbide button is sintered by coarse-grained cemented carbide, with properties of high hardness and good transverse-rupture strength, as well as corrosion resistance, resistance to acid and alkali, long service life.
They are mainly classified as follows: the cutting tips used by cold pavement milling-planing machine, the cutting tips used by rotary digging machinery, the cutting tips used by coal digging machine, the cutting tips used by roadway and tunnel boring machine, the cutting tips used by trench excavator, etc. They are widely used for crushing or milling rocks.
*Application:
It is suitable for percussion drilling, rotary prospecting bits to cut soft and medium-hard formations, and medium-hard drilling bits, also used for hardwood, non-ferrous metal, granite, and marble.

Production and test of Tungsten carbide Buttons:
1)Carbide button will start to prepare the powder as per the customer’s requirement with our wet-grinding machine
2) Before mass production, we need to do a trial pressing and sintering, and we check the appearances and the sizes of the samples with a micrometer to ensure that the requirements of the drawings can be met before batch production
3) Bulk production, press the raw materials to shape blanks, and carbide tips must be passed by semi-finished inspection.
4) sinter blanks to finish (HIP) and finished products inspection to ensure the best quality and production capacity.
