The tungsten carbides are stable in mechanical properties, easy in soldering, with high wear resistance

and high impact resistance. A carbide drill bit will last up to 25 times longer than a common steel bit.

The carbides with the JK10.2 and 10.2T are with higher hardness, suited to used for construction rotary

drilling rigs for low wind pressure drilling working conditions, the formation of rock hardness is between

30 and 60 fr.

The carbides with the grade JK20.2 are of relative lower hardness but higher toughness so that they

are mostly used in medium complex rocks. The good toughness makes it stable under working condition

reducing the risk of breakage of the buttons/teeth.

The carbides with the grade JK25.8, and JK30.4 are of larger grain size and relatively lower hardness,

which makes it suited for hard rocks and extremely hard rocks formation with the hardness more than 60 fr.

With a moderation equipment and scientific management, the annual output capacity is reached 1000 ton

under the normal operation.
