Single Wall Steel Tubing Specifications
Manufactured by continuously forming low carbon steel strip into tubular shape with high-frequency induction welding. Internal weld bead is minimized and external flashing removed through strict process controls.
OD & Wall Thickness Tolerance
Coating Options
Plain Tube
Supplied with slightly oiled outside surface for improved oxidation resistance. Requires dry storage away from humidity and corrosive agents.
Electrolytic Copper Coating
Steel strip copper coated on both sides with ≥2µm copper layer. Welding seam area on outside surface remains uncoated due to scarfing operation.
Hot Dip Zinc Coating
Outside surface coated with ≥70 grams per square meter zinc layer. Withstands >72 hours in salt spray fog test before showing red rust (UNI ISO 9227).
