BS3059 Gr.360 Cold Drawing High-Pressure Boiler Steel Pipe
BS 3059 Gr.360 specification for carbon, alloy and austenitic stainless steel tubes with specified elevated temperature properties. Boiler pipe refers to one of the seamless steel pipes manufactured using the same process as seamless steel pipe but with specific steel grade requirements.
Product Classification
Depending on operating temperature, boiler pipes are classified into two types:
- General Boiler Pipes: Operate below 450°C, made of hot-finished or cold-rolled carbon steel pipes
- High-Pressure Boiler Tubes: Used for high-pressure or ultrahigh-pressure applications including superheater tubes, reheater tubes, gas-guide tubes, and main steam pipes
