ASTM A192M Heavy Wall Seamless Steel Boiler Tubes
This specification covers minimum-wall thickness, seamless cold-drawn low-carbon steel tubes designed for tubular heat exchangers, condensers, and similar heat transfer equipment. Manufactured through the seamless process and cold-drawn for precision, these tubes undergo comprehensive testing including chemical analysis, hardness testing, flattening, flaring, flange, and hydrostatic tests.
ASTM A192M / ASME SA-192M carbon seamless tubes are specifically engineered for high, medium, and low-pressure applications in seamless carbon steel boilers and as superheater tubes.
