Manufactured using high-frequency induction welding process with continuous forming of low carbon steel strip into tubular shape. Internal weld bead is minimized and external flashing is removed through strict process controls.

All products undergo comprehensive testing including heat analysis, product analysis, tensile strength testing, flattening tests, expansion tests, bending tests, and pressure-proof tests to ensure superior quality and performance.

Steel strip is copper coated on both sides with a copper layer ≥2µm. The welding seam area on the outside surface remains uncoated due to scarfing operation.

Optional zinc coating with weight ≥70 grams per square meter, providing corrosion resistance exceeding 72 hours in salt spray fog test before showing red rust.

Available with slightly oiled outside surface for improved oxidation resistance. Requires dry storage conditions.
