ASTM A254 SPCC 4.76mm × 0.6mm electro-welded single wall refrigeration zinc-coated steel Bundy tubing. This high-quality tubing is manufactured using advanced high-frequency induction welding technology with strict process controls to ensure minimal internal weld bead and complete removal of external flashing.

Production Standards
Manufactured in compliance with ASTM A269, ASTM A249, ASTM A554, ASTM A312, DIN17457, DIN17455, and EN10217 standards.
Coating Options
Plain Tube
Supplied with slightly oiled outside surface to improve oxidation resistance. Requires storage in dry conditions away from humidity and corrosive agents.
Electrolytic Copper Coating
Steel strip copper coated on both sides with ≥2µm copper layer. Note: welding seam area on outside surface remains uncoated due to scarfing operation.
Hot Dip Zinc Coating
Outside surface coated with zinc layer ≥70 grams per square meter (UNI EN ISO 1460/97). Withstands >72 hours in salt spray fog test before showing red rust (UNI ISO 9227).
