15CrMo/15CrMoG seamless alloy steel tubes manufactured according to DIN 17175 standard for high-pressure boiler applications. These tubes are engineered to withstand extreme pressure and temperature conditions in industrial boiler systems.
Applications
- High-pressure and ultrahigh-pressure boiler superheater tubes
- Reheater pipes and main steam pipes
- Header, economizer, and heating surface tubes
- Operating conditions: 9.8MPa+ pressure, 450℃-650℃ temperature
Heat Treatment Process
- Normalizing temperature: 900°C-960°C
- Tempering temperature: 680°C-730°C
