- Plain Tube: Slightly oiled exterior for oxidation resistance
- Electrolytic Copper Coating: Both sides coated with ≥2µm copper layer

Produced using high-frequency induction welding (Bundywelding process) where copper-coated steel strip is rolled through 720 degrees and resistance brazed at the seam. External flashing is removed and internal weld bead is minimized through strict process controls.
