4.76×0.7mm ASTM A254 DC04 galvanized steel bundy tubing coil featuring zinc coating on low carbon steel substrate. Available in single wall and double wall (Bundy Pipe) configurations with compliance to ASTM A-254-91, A-512-91A, ASTM A214 and A513 standards.

Common production sizes include 4.76mm×0.7mm, 6.35mm×0.7mm, and 8mm×0.7mm diameters with consistent wall thickness.
Manufacturing Process
Single wall steel tubing is manufactured through continuous forming of low carbon steel strip into tubular shape using high-frequency induction welding. Strict process controls ensure minimal internal weld bead and complete removal of external flashing.

Surface Coating Options
Plain Tube
Supplied with slightly oiled outside surface to enhance oxidation resistance. Requires storage in dry environments away from humidity and corrosive agents.
Electrolytic Both Side Copper Coating
Steel strip copper coated on both sides with ≥2µm copper layer. Welding seam area on outside surface remains uncoated due to scarfing operation.
Hot Dip Zinc Coating
Outside surface zinc coating ≥70 grams per square meter (UNI EN ISO 1460/97). Withstands >72 hours in salt spray fog test before red rust appearance (UNI ISO 9227).
