Single wall steel tubing is manufactured by continuously forming a single low carbon steel strip into a tubular shape and welding the adjoining edges using high-frequency induction welding. Through strict process controls, the internal weld bead is minimized and all external flashing is removed.

Plain Tube: Supplied with slightly oiled outside surface to improve oxidation resistance. Requires dry storage away from humidity and corrosive agents.
Electrolytic Copper Coating: Steel strip copper coated on both sides with ≥2µm layer. Welding seam area on outside surface remains uncoated due to scarfing operation.
Hot Dip Zinc Coating: Outside surface coated with zinc layer ≥70 g/m². Withstands >72 hours in salt spray test before showing red rust.
