Brazed Single Wall Steel Tube 9.5mm × 0.7mm Galvanized Coated for Refrigeration and AC Systems
This brazed single wall steel tube features a galvanized coating and measures 9.5mm outer diameter with 0.7mm wall thickness. Designed for household refrigeration applications, it offers reliable performance and corrosion resistance.
Manufactured using high-frequency induction welding, this single wall steel tubing is formed by continuously shaping low carbon steel strip into a tubular configuration. Through strict process controls, internal weld beads are minimized and external flashing is completely removed.
Corrosion-resistant coatings are applied in-line to ensure uniform coverage. Available coating options include:
- NyAl (aluminum and polyamide coating)
- NyZinc (zinc and polyamide coating)
- NyGal (Galfan and polyamide coating)
- PVF and other specialized coatings
For applications requiring enhanced vibration resistance and pressure safety, double-wall tubing is available. Produced by roll forming copper-coated carbon steel strip into a double wrapped tubular shape, this variant is fused together in a controlled atmosphere brazing furnace to create a sealed tube.
