Copper finned tubes are manufactured by covering base tubes (carbon steel, stainless steel, or copper) with aluminum sleeves and using machine extrusion to form tightly bonded tube fins. This process creates finned tubes with high heat transfer coefficients and superior thermal performance.
Copper Material Properties
Copper is a soft metal with excellent ductility, high thermal conductivity, and electrical conductivity. It features a reddish-orange surface when freshly cut and purple-red in pure form. Copper's durability allows for multiple recycling cycles without compromising mechanical properties.
