ASTM A249 TP304 stainless steel condenser welded tubes are engineered for heating, cooling, and reheating applications in thermal power stations, nuclear facilities, and chemical processing plants. These precision tubes are available in standard grades including 304/304L and 316/316L, with common outer diameters of 3/4", 5/8", and 1".

Quality Testing Standards
- Flattening Test: Conducted on specimens from each end of finished tubes
- Flange Test: Performed on specimens from each end of finished tubes
- Reverse-Bend Test: Required for every 1500 ft (450 m) of finished tubing
- Hydrostatic or Nondestructive Electric Test: Each tube undergoes one of these tests
- Grain Size Determination: Required for specific high-temperature grades
- Comprehensive Marking: Includes heat number and heat-treatment lot identification
All tubes comply with ASTM A249/A249M specifications and include EN10204.3 mill test certificates.
