4.76mm × 0.6mm electro-welded single wall refrigeration tubing with both-side copper-coated steel construction. This Bundy tubing is specifically designed for household refrigeration applications, offering reliable performance and durability.
Manufacturing Process
Bundy single wall tubing is manufactured by continuously forming a single low carbon steel strip into a tubular shape and welding the adjoining edges using a high-frequency induction welding process. Through strict process controls, the internal weld bead is minimized and all external flashing is removed.

Coating Options & Specifications
Plain Tube
Supplied with slightly oiled outside surface to improve oxidation resistance. Recommended for dry storage away from humidity and corrosive agents.
Electrolytic Both-Side Copper Coating
Steel strip is copper coated on both sides with a copper layer ≥2µm. The welding seam area on the outside surface remains uncoated due to scarfing operation.
Hot Dip Zinc Coating
Outside surface coated with zinc layer ≥70 grams per square meter (UNI EN ISO 1460/97). Withstands >72 hours in salt spray fog test before showing red rust (UNI ISO 9227).
