3D fence panels an economical version of the panel system, constructed from a Welded Wire Fence with longitudinal profiles that forms a rigid fence.Due to its simple structure ,easy installation and nice appearance,more and more customers regard this product as the preferred common protective fence.
Package Detail:
Be package on pallet or as your request
1> Fence panel: plastic film + metal pallet
2> Fence post: every post pack with a plastic bag (the cap is covered well on the post) + metal pallet
3> Accessory: small plastic bag +carton box
4> Standard export packing or as your requirement.
Coating:
The welded mesh panels are manufactured using galvanized steel wire, coated with ZERUN’s exclusive Architectural Grade Powder Coat. This coating, used exclusively by ZERUN Products, is super-durable and environmentally sound. Our powder coating provides the industry’s Highest Weatherability and Gloss Retention in U.V. exposure – up to 5 times longer than competitors’ powder coatings!
High Anti-corrosion:
Electro gal. 20-60g/m2 (life time1-2 years)
Hot dipped gal. 35-500g/m2 (life time 2-4 yeasr)
Powders coating: 160-240microns ( life time >10years)
PVC/PE dipped coating: 600-1000microns ( life time >10years)

3D Fence Panel Process:
Booking the material wire and pipe material
material wire zinc coating test
welding wire mesh and cut pipe as size
Paint or galvanized for the panel and pipe
package and loading
Quality Control Process:
Galfan wire or hot dipped galvanized test the Zn/Ai coating
Semi-finished product test the hole size and panel size
Finished Product’s installation

We can provide most of free samples .
We have been in providing the professional products in wire mesh fence field for 15 years.
We have spot inspection and finished product inspection. We check the goods when they go into next step production procedure.
If there are some defective items, we usually credit to our customer or replace in next shipment.
Payment Term:
T/T,30% in advance and the balance 70% against the copy of B/L.
