2. The base material of zinc-steel balcony guardrail is composed of six layers, respectively:
(1) Base steel: Base material with hardness value of 159DPN;
(2) Zeta layer: a dense alloy layer closest to the substrate, with complex structure and strong corrosion resistance. It is composed of FeZn7 and FeZn13, with a hardness of 211DPN and Fe content of 7%-11%.
(3) Delta layer: significant monoclinal columnar structure, Fe content of 6%, non-toxic, corrosion resistant, hardness value of179DPN;
(4) Eta layer: dense hexagonal crystal system, deformation processing is not easy to crack, zinc purity is 98.5%, hardness valueis 70DPN;
(5) high zinc phosphating layer: good corrosion resistance, and enhance the adhesion of coating film and substrate;
(6) high-temperature curing layer: excellent anti-corrosion and anti-impact performance, excellent anti-ultraviolet,anti-oxidation and surface self-cleaning performance, the color change rate of 15 years not more than 5%
