1．Product Overview

CGCC DX51D+Z adornment galvanized steel corrugated roof panel is used for roofing, wall decoration, internal and external packing materials, industrial buildings, portable houses, and general construction projects.

The product is manufactured from hot galvanized sheet or zinc-iron alloy hot galvanized sheet as substrate. After surface pretreatment, coating, baking, and cooling, it forms a pre painted corrugated roofing sheet with color appearance, corrosion resistance, and forming performance.

The roofing sheet uses CGCC or DX51D+Z steel grade with zinc coating from 80 to 275 GSM.

The corrugated profile includes 16.5mm crest and 76.2mm pitch, supporting roofing and wall panel rigidity. PE, SMP, HDP, and PVDF paint materials can be selected according to weather exposure, surface appearance, and project requirements.

Coated types include 2/1, 2/1M, and 2/2, allowing selection according to front and back surface protection requirements.
