1．Product Overview

ASTM CGCC 24 gauge pre painted corrugated roofing sheet is used for roofing, wall cladding, galvanized corrugated panels, container plates, construction panels, household appliance panels, industrial buildings, and general structural applications.

The product is manufactured from galvanized or AZ coated steel substrate with color coated surface. The 76mm wave width and 17mm wave height improve roofing sheet rigidity, while the pre painted surface supports corrosion resistance and architectural appearance.

2．Technical Solution

The roofing sheet is produced according to JIS G3322 CGLCC, ASTM A792, and EN 10169 DX51D+AZ standards.

AZ coating from 50g/m² to 180g/m² supports corrosion resistance for common roofing and building applications. The top surface uses 15–20 micron polyester plus 5 micron primer, and the back surface uses 5–7 micron or 7–8 micron polyester plus 5 micron primer.

PE, SMP, PVC, and PVDF painting materials can be selected according to weather exposure, coating durability, color requirement, and project environment.
