from 7 days to 1 month based on client choice. For large orders, material prep and production take
5–21 working days, testing takes 1–3 days, and packing takes 1 day, so 7–25 days total, excluding
shipping.

A:As valued long-term clients, you’ll get new products with orders to explore market fit and resell
in your region, reduced prices on smaller quantities, and assistance with branded promotional images.
Q7. How long is warranty for the cable, and if defective or faulty, how to protection your benifits?
A: Cables carry a 12–36-month warranty. Large orders come with 0.3%–0.5% spares for defects.
If more than 5 units (under 0.1%) are faulty, contact sales with images, and we’ll resolve it with
replacements or a refund.
