varying from 7 days to 1 month based on your preference. Large orders need 5–21 working
days for production and materials, 1–3 days for testing, and 1 day for packing, totaling 7–25
days without shipping.

A:Long-term clients receive new product samples with orders to evaluate market potential and
gain reselling rights in their region, discounted fees for smaller quantity purchases, and assistance

A: All cables have a 12–36-month warranty. For large orders, we add 0.3%–0.5% spare units for
defects. If over 5 units (under 0.1%) are faulty, reach out to sales with photos, and we’ll replace
or refund.
