How long will it take to complete an order?
For small orders and products in stock: less than 3 days preparation and delivery. For large orders: 5-21 working days for production plus additional testing and packing time.
How long is the warranty and what protection is provided?
All our cables come with 12-36 months warranty. For large quantity orders, we provide 0.3% to 0.5% backup for defective units. If you receive more than 5 faulty units (less than 0.1%), we will replace or refund as needed.
Do you accept free sample orders?
Yes, sample orders are supported. Some samples can be offered free of charge excluding shipping costs.
