CH240QV22C is a color active matrix thin film transistor (TFT) liquid crystal display (LCD) that uses amorphous silicon TFT as a switching device. This model is composed of a TFT LCD panel, a driving IC, a back-light, and FPC.
The Tft Lcd module has a 2.4 (vertical screen) inch diagonally measured active display area with 240*320 resolution, using the MCU interface as the signal input interface, can display 262K / 65K color. At the same time, using ST7789 as the control center of the module , In addition, the backlight component of this TFT LCD Module contains 4 pieces of white LCE lamp beads, which allows the TFT LCD module to generate a backlight brightness of 300 cd/m2.
In addition, FPC can also be customized according to customer requirements, such as modifying back-light and CTP structure, interface definition, etc.
