Hot Bar Soldering Machine Classification:
In order to meet the needs of different production, in addition to the simple welding function, the hot bar soldering has also added auxiliary equipment such as alignment camera system. According to the number of fixtures:
(1) Single table
This type of equipment is small in shape and occupies less space. The price is relatively low, and it only needs to be placed on a small platform. However, the equipment can only be installed with one jig, so the production efficiency is low and it is suitable for small batch production. This type of equipment can also be paired with the camera system as required.
(2) Double tables
This type of equipment can be installed with two jigs. During production, one or two clamps can be selected according to production needs. When two clamps are selected for production, one clamp is in the welding machine. The operator can clamp the product on another jig to prepare for the next welding, thereby reducing the waiting time and greatly improving the production efficiency.
