PCB depaneling tool is mainly used for the separation of PCBA boards assembled with PCBA. In general, PCBA are separated after welding and then tested. Generally speaking, SMT chip processing plant will not separate the circuit board, but directly deliver the panel to the customer. In some small and medium-sized PCBA processing plants, the method of manual pcb breaking is adopted, but PCBA plate is easy to be damaged and it is safer to use machine depaneling.
