1). Easy operation, high cutting speed. First blade set separate 40% of board, second blade set separate 40% of board, third blade set separate the rest 20% to finish depaneling.
2). 3 blade set share cutting stress as a straight line, to make sure lower stress to avoid bending issue.
3). Very good positioning for smooth cutting even if light v-scoring.
4). Blade is made of imported high speed steel which is durable, life time is 6-36 months.
5). Cutting speed is adjustable according to different application.
6). Precision scale for upper blades adjustment, blades are re-sharpened.
